I strongly believe that human potential is often lost because in many cases companies, schools and other organizations stick to outed paradigms of what success looks like. The time has come to challenge the status quo and move in a direction that creates the most engaged, productive and profitable organizations possible. We can only do this by asking the hard questions and following through on ideas.
I have a passion for helping others succeed. I always have done. From the time I was a young boy right to this day, whether it has been in the careers I have chosen for myself or the teams I have coached – I’ve always loved seeing people work towards an outcome. It’s taken me a while to come to understand this but - in my heart - it’s always been there… and now I want to share this passion with you.
I love helping individuals and organisations see opportunities for change, accept them and go on to achieve great things. It’s that simple.

- Steve is a Change Management expert that focuses on the ‘human’ element of change. He is a strong believer in the concept of ‘team.’
- He has presented all around the world on human potential, motivation and engagement. He has lived in third world countries but has rubbed shoulders with some of the most powerful people in these countries.
- He has held school management positions in Indonesia, Laos, Argentina and Ecuador.
- He managed a human resource company.
- He has coached and played in championship winning sports teams.
- He has been around people from all walks of life and he can see the common thread that connects us all… all we really want is a sense of purpose and fulfillment in life.
Steve holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies, a Master of Arts, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration, a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Teaching, a National Certificate in Adult Education and Training and a Cert. IV Training and Assessment.
He is a licensed Cross-Cultural Consultant through the Inter Change Institute, Boston USA.
He is also a member of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.
